Butchers from around Australia entered the inaugural Australian Pork Creations Competition.
"The competition, developed to demonstrate how versatile and tasty Australian pork can be, received an outstanding response," said Mark Hardy, Australian Pork - Butcher Channel Manager.
Butchers in each state submitted entries covering a wide array of innovative, cost effective, and most importantly great tasting value added pork products.
