Combine the char-sui marinade, water and oil in a shallow non-metallic bowl and marinate steaks for up to 12 hours.
Place steaks onto the pre-heated BBQ or griddle plate and cook for 3-4 minutes each side on a medium heat until cooked to the desired degree. Allow to rest 2-3 minutes prior to serving.
Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat for 1 minute. Add the garlic and buk choy to the wok and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Place buk choy onto individual serving plates and top with thickly sliced pork steaks. Serve with crispy noodles and garnish with wedges of lime.
Note:
Pork steaks are most tender and juicy served with a blush of pink.
Steaks can be marinated for as little as 20 minutes prior to cooking.
