Trim pork and place in a shallow non-metallic dish. Whisk together ginger, green ginger wine, olive oil and maple syrup and pour over the pork steaks. Allow to marinate for up to 4 hours, turning frequently.
Heat a griddle pan or BBQ on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Cook pork steaks for 3-4 minutes each side, brushing with marinade frequently. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes prior to slicing.
Serve drizzled with a little maple syrup, crispy roast potatoes and green salad.
