Cooking Method: Pan Fry, BBQ, Grill
Pre-heat BBQ or griddle pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Brush each pork steak with a little oil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes each side.
Rest before slicing and serving on toasted Turkish bread spread with pesto and a little mayonnaise, topped with salad.
Tips:
Pork leg steaks are also great sliced thinly and used in wraps or stir fried with noodles.
Try pork steaks marinated before barbecuing. Use your favourite marinade or try a little lemon juice, fresh herbs and mustard.
