Raspberry glazed ham

INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg bone-in ham
½ cup seedless raspberry jam
½ cup cranberry juice
300 g mixed red berries
½ cup dried cranberries
Fresh red berries for garnish
METHOD
- Prepare the raspberry glaze using the ingredients.
- Remove rind and use a sharp knife to score ham in a diamond pattern.
- Next, place ham scored side up in a large baking pan and brush over glaze.
- Finally, place into a preheated oven or lidded barbeque at 180°C for 20 minutes per kilo, basting occasionally, until ham is brown and warm through.
